Design work

November 18, 2008

Rebrands, corporate identity, marketing, publications and typographical design.

My background gives me an insider’s knowledge of what clients require, how to deliver projects and the processes needed to get there.

I can advise on the technicalities of design and print and liaise between editors and printers to ensure timeliness and quality control. I’ve got a typesetter’s eye for detail, which is unusual in a designer (I’ve commissioned enough designers myself to know this much!). I have worked on many publications from magazines and books to enewsletters. It means that if I am asked to produce templates, suppliers can actually use them without having to rebuild them, which helps. I commission photography and art direct where necessary.

My most recent work has been for Resolution, The King’s Fund and Taylor & Francis publishers. Have a look at my design gallery.
